Shipping and Handling
All of our packages are shipped using United States Postal Service Priority Mail. All products are shipped in sturdy boxes and are marked ‘fragile’ to prevent as much damage as possible. We are not responsible for any damage to the product(s) caused by shipping. Package tracking is automatically added to purchases over $50.
Returning Doll Clothes
If you are not completely satisfied with one of our products, you may return it for a full refund of the purchase price. To return an item, please send an email to ‘Doll Clothes of Yore’ at yoreclothes@ntelos.net with your reasons for returning the product. You will receive simple instructions for returning your item through a return email.
Returning a custom girl's dress
Because every girl’s dress is custom-made to a size specified by the customer, we do not accept returns for a girl’s dress. However, if you find a problem with the craftsmanship of the item (i.e. holes in the fabric or seams), please contact us with a description of the problem and we will do our best to make it right. We provide a measurement sizing chart on all of the girl’s clothing pages to help you choose the correct size. If you have a custom sizing need, please contact us.
